'mom, what is this acute pain that i'm feeling inside my chest?'
'this pain you're feeling right now is what people call love.'
'but isn't love supposed to be a beautiful comforting feeling?'
'well said supposed.'
'but it makes no sense at all, mommy. if love hurts this bad, then why do people still love? why do we hear everyday about people who make sacrifices in the name of love, and why do people mention love all the time?'
'because they're all fools, my baby. wise men never fall in love.'
'then i want to be wise. i don't want to ever love again. falling in love is stupid. we both loved daddy so much, and he still left.'
'you're right, little angel. we should never fall in love. if only we could...'
